Michaela, front desk Manager
The soul and spine of Karolineburg literally keeps the Manor House’s wheels rolling and the staff under control. She started her career at Ismo’s Grill at 13-years-old and has now moved on to being the front desk manager of Karolineburg. Close to her heart is coffee – the brand doesn’t matter, as long as there’s a lot of it. To balance her work, during her free time she keeps busy with her dog Pihka and her 3-liter Audi.
Often heard from her: ”Aki you’re fired”. But here you can imagine a subtle grin forming on her face accompanied by a laugh.
You can witness Michaela’s melodious customer service voice by calling the reception or visiting the hotel, if she happens to be at work of course.
Tea, breakfast host / cleaning
Tea is the tonic of our hotel, spreading good vibes no matter the day. When you bring up adjectives describing her, we would firstly mention trustworthy, efficient and gentle. During her free time Tea likes to swim and do outdoor activities with her dog and son. Not to forget music.
Tea has been in the service remain for years and thus loggers a good customer service experience to each customer starting a dawn until midday.
Most often you will hear Tea say: ”it’s already done”. When you sit down for breakfast, you can experience her charming nature in person.
